Mel O’nilia Nou is an Australian businesswoman, engineer and investor with over a decade of experience across civil and energy infrastructure projects throughout Australia.
With a background in civil engineering, she has contributed to major infrastructure and energy projects valued in excess of $4 billion across Australia, developing expertise in bid and tender leadership, commercial strategy, procurement and project delivery within complex project environments.
Alongside her engineering career, Mel has built a real estate investment portfolio and established The Onilia Group, a property development company focused on boutique residential opportunities.
Today, her focus extends beyond engineering into property, business and asset ownership. Rather than simply maximising net worth, she is focused on building sustainable cash flow through income-generating assets that provide financial independence, flexibility, control and long-term opportunity.
